Sprint 4 — Client Meeting

Deployment & Migration

Deployment process has been automated; waiting for a third virtual machine from the university.
Deployment process has been updated and improved.
Starting to test using CI workflows.
No changes to the admin panel at this time.

Client asked whether it is possible to track statistics, metrics, and usage data.
This is postponed until migration is complete and the system is stable.
Grafana will be used to track metrics — some from the application, some from the server.
In March, upcoming events will be used to track real usage metrics.

Notes on metrics:

[ ] Fix the password recovery flow.
[ ] Move on to the user profile feature.
[ ] Inform users about the app update so it functions correctly — forced updates are not possible.
[ ] Ask the previous team to shut down their servers.
[ ] Decide on the donations feature — likely to be cancelled pending final approval, or implemented via T-Bank with a small redirect button.
[ ] Address account recovery — users who lose access must be able to recover their accounts.
