What Went Well

Established clear workload expectations at 12 hours/week/person
Identified need for better task breakdown with checklists and time estimates
Team workflow was well-received and validated by mentor

Documentation Initiative

Proactively identified need for comprehensive migration documentation
Team committed to creating clear, transferable knowledge base
Acknowledged that development and migration can proceed in parallel

What Didn't Go Well

Infrastructure Blockers

Network setup issues on IT department's side completely stalled migration progress
External dependency created significant bottleneck
No contingency plan in place for infrastructure delays
