current problems

• we have a problem with migration. The problem is that the github runner isn't pulling the jobs. Bug is still not found. Helaly is working on it.
• we need to write down reasons for the switch of flutter to react or vue
• we need to be sure of how to deploy the app
• we need to fix the events images from the flutter app. (it's still calling to the previous backend)
• password recovery link is not working
• list of users isn't working for a specific city
